Set within a natural cove along Cabo's East Cape, this private club community spans approximately 100 acres and 1,400 feet of ocean frontage. Fifty-one homes, a beach club, and a sports complex are distributed at a deliberately low density, with desert remaining between structures and the horizon of the Sea of Cortés held in view.
Rather than establish a fixed architectural vocabulary, the design answers the particular conditions of this stretch of coastline. The result is a community shaped as much by the landscape as by the buildings themselves.

The starting point is always the land. A site like this does not require interpretation. It requires attention. The architecture responds by stepping back.
